Master of Arts in Theology
The goal of the Master of Arts in Theology degree is to provide a basic knowledge of Catholic tradition. This general academic degree serves as preparation for further graduate theological or philosophical studies or for general educational purposes.
The curriculum consists of 48 credit hours (as few as 36 hours for students with previous theological or philosophical training). Core courses include the study of philosophy, Scripture, Church history and systematic theology.
