Location
Saint Meinrad Archabbey and School of Theology are situated high on a hill overlooking the town of St. Meinrad in the rolling rural farmland and forests of southern Indiana. Saint Meinrad is located about midway between Louisville, KY, and Evansville, IN, along Interstate 64.

Most of the Archabbey and school buildings are constructed of sandstone, which was quarried locally, and are Romanesque in style. Its massive buildings reflect the long tradition of the Archabbey while housing contemporary facilities.

Saint Meinrad's grounds offer relaxing and peaceful surroundings. The vast and well-kept campus includes several lakes, hiking trails, outdoor shrines, recreational facilities, and nearby farms and forests.

Maps and driving directions are available.
