Campaign Projects
Several construction and renovation projects have already been realized as a result of our capital campaign. Others are under way as we move forward with our plans and still others are set to begin as funding becomes available.
St. Gregory Hall Renovation (View slideshow of dedication)
Begun in December 2006, renovations of Sherwood Hall and north/south Benet Hall addressed issues of outdated and inadequate heating and air conditioning, dilapidated windows, inadequate electrical and plumbing services, and out-of-date technology. In 2007 the two halls were renamed St. Gregory Hall by Archabbot Justin DuVall, OSB.
Renovation also included cosmetic repairs and a new layout to better suit the needs of students and faculty. Upgrades to Sherwood Hall were completed in January 2008 and Benet Hall renovations were anticipated to be completed in the following months. St. Gregory Hall was dedicated in a ceremony on February 2, 2008.
